Test takers already registered for the rest of September 2026 are not affected and test results for test takers who already sat their test will be processed on schedule.

 All affected test takers who have registered for test sessions between October and December 2026 will receive a free test date transfer to a test session in the next 2 weeks of September 2026 or a full refund of the test fee paid for their original test session.

 From 5 October 2026, all test-related enquiries and requests, including Enquiry on Results (EOR) and Additional Test Report Form (ATRF) requests for IELTS on Computer tests, will be handled by British Council Korea. Please contact the centre directly via exams@britishcouncil.or.kr for further assistance.
